Tulum – Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Tulum, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns for Change of Mind

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact info@tulum.co.za within 14 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

3. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price differences or additional shipping fees apply.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email info@tulum.co.za with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
